On one of those days when Jason felt inspired to go a bit more carnivore than usual he invented this unusual recipe.
Black's Beef and Broccoli Bowl

For this recipe you will need:
2 pounds of ground beef
24 oz of frozen California Medley (frozen vegetable mix that includes broccoli)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
Directions
Here's how to make Black's Beef and Broccoli Bowl.
Get out a metal or cast iron pan or pot.
Add the 2 pounds of ground beef and 24 ounces of frozen California Medley. You can substitute the California Medley with any frozen broccoli mix.
Cook until beef is fully thawed and stirred into small pieces.
Drain the meet if necessary. If you use lean locally sourced meat you can skip this step.
Then add the soy sauce and honey, and mix thoroughly.
Cook on medium high heat until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are done.
Serve with rice or noodles. Sour cream optional.
